As part of its development of predictive and decision-support AI solutions, CAMELEIA processes business data in accordance with agreements entered into with its clients. Appropriate technical and organizational security measures protect the confidentiality of processed data. Data used to train predictive models is processed solely for the purposes specified in service agreements and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.

Information and recommendations produced by predictive AI models supplied by CAMELEIA are decision-support tools. Predictions are based on analysis of the supplied data and advanced statistical algorithms, but cannot guarantee future outcomes with absolute certainty.

CAMELEIA cannot be held liable for decisions made by clients on the basis of supplied predictions or for any direct or indirect consequences arising from them.

Article 8: Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
